Payment and Shipping

Shipping

(1) Shipping is only possible within Belgium. The service is provided in Münster, Germany.

(2) The delivery time is approx. 2-3 working days.

(3) The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 8.90 per delivery.

(4) Unless otherwise agreed upon, the goods will be delivered from our warehouse to the address provided by you; shipping charges apply. Costs arising from providing an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged to you.

Returns

(1) If delivered items show obvious damage due to transportation, please make a complaint to the deliverer immediately and get in touch with us promptly. This helps us to file our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

Payment Terms

(1) Payment can be made by advance payment or through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit card or Paypal.

(2) Costs arising from a chargeback due to insufficient funds or incorrect bank details provided by you will be charged to you.
